Star Struck for BatPonyStarStruck

:iconbatponystarstruck:’s OC is finally complete! :w00t: My most time-intensive plush yet, (though that will probably be surpassed by the Luna I have planned). Sure, there’s some minor things I’d change or do differently than I did, but I’m very happy with how she turned out! :la: (That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t give your honest feedback anyway though. :meow:)

-No wire in the wings.
-Swiveling head. (It’s been a while since I did another swiveling head, but I’m glad I did.)
-Glow in the dark eyes.

Your plushies are really amazing :) seriously I think you have one of the best body shapes for mate plushies out there. The wings, tail and ears are really amazing and you really brought this OC to life! The only thing putting me off from commissioning you is the fact  that you only use two pieces for he head so from the front view there's no middle part which to me makes the head seem like it's not wide/plump enough. But this is just my preference and it's an amazing job nonetheless - I just hope I haven't come off as rude ^^

Thank you! :aww: And thank you much for the watch! :iconfluttersmileplz: I’ll try not to disappoint. :iconfluttershysaluteplz:
Your feedback is also very much appreciated! However, I do not use two pieces for my heads. :iconrarityknowsplz: Now, I did up until Rainbow Dash 1, but everything from Rainbow Dash 2 and onward, my gusset (3rd piece middle) is located in the back in order to keep my unique two-piece look while actually having three pieces and a nicely rounded head. :iconraritysmilingplz: This is just my preference due to fewer obvious seams. ^^ Nevertheless, that doesn't mean I wouldn't be willing to make a different head pattern that utilized a front gusset if you wanted. :iconrarityiscuteplz:

Oh of course! Your plushies are adorable I thought I had watched you before! I know as a fact you won't disappoint :)

And I'm glad I didn't come off rude ^^ I personally love getting critique but you can never tell. And I'm sooo sorry for making an assumption! I just thought that from seeing the front view DX I went to look at your rainbow dash 1 and I can definitely see a huge improvement! And I understand - It's your art and you need to keep in mind your preference :) I was just saying mine. I know some people can find the seam annoying I just think the third one down the middle gives some symmetry and gives a rounder look. And nooo I couldn't ask you to use a different pattern just for me!? I don't want to be selfish.

Not rude at all. I like hearing meaningful feedback. :D
I understand, and I totally agree that my heads were a bit on the flat side when I started using minky, which is why I finally changed them. I figured after so much improvement on the body, it was time to take a serious look at the head next! :XD: However, I don't deny what you're saying about symmetry. Ironically enough, I could technically get a rounded head with only two pieces if I used some substantial darts (or sewn folds) in the fabric. If I did utilize a frontal gusset (rather than using darts with my existing pattern), I would have one piece go from the snout down to the neck and the other from the snout all the way around to the back neck. It also wouldn't be just for you, but anyone else who may want it afterward :aww:, and therefore no cost for pattern development. :) However, execution would cost only a slight bit more sewing the extra seams which would also have to be pinned more carefully than my existing front seam.
When ever i come to your DA i am never short of amazed! Beautiful plush love all the detail. ><La la la la
